So there I was, studying, and what do I see? That God does whatever He wants to do. To some mercy, others punishment, others riches and others pain.

Look at David, he comitted adultery And murder, instead of killing him, God took away his child. Yet Achan kept some spoils and he and all he had , sons, daughters, oxen, were destroyed.

Or Job, he didn't do nothing so far but was God-fearing and he was just tossed out there by God like a rag doll to have everything taken from him just as a test.

Even the new Testament Rom. 9:15-18 talks of God having mercy on whoever He decides and compassion and hardened heart on whoever He decides.

So what is the point in trying if God will do whatever? Where is the righteousness if all it is on a whim?

Is it a sign of God's pleasure when good is happening or bad ? Did you bring this on yourself or God? Is there a purpose?

What is Your point for me God? What the heck do You want from me? Do You even care anymore? I can get kajillion dollars, have the highest education and all that stuff, but if You don't care then what use was it? All the friends in the world are meaningless if You don't care or want me. Prove it then. What else do I have to do?
