Well, what is my answer ot the verse of yesterday ?

What do I put my belief in the answer to?

I use the Holy Bible. That has the answers in it.
I believe it was inspired by God and is His words.
In it or by it I test what is said.

Most people say "well, is it the King James one, the NIV one, The NASV, or which one ?
Um, I use whichever I have in my hand, though I have had some trouble understanding King James at times.

Not only that, but i go back to the um, hebrew or greek to see the meaning of words, since though words are similar, each tense or portrayal can be a big difference.

Why though ? By that standard I have something to test myself and what others say. It doesn't change. It still says the same thing as it first did .

It is hard though because really, if I use the Bible I'm already standing for something, a no-no in thsi world where anything is ok as long as it doesn't necessarily hurt someone else's feelings.

I'm gonna mess up by what it says and I'm gonna hurt others feelings. I'm gonna make people mad and I just have to face that.


Wow, ok, so that is my answer, I test myself and what others say by the Bible.

It hurts me cause at one time or /and another I'm gonna be um, darn, what is the word.....rebuked by the same words I go by. Yay for forgiveness and not being about my own righteousness.

People won't agree with me, that stinks too. But in reality I cna be um, not so much personally hurt cause it isn't that they are not agreeing with me, but that they are not agreeing with God.

All I know is that through all things, if i stick to what is said, it comes out  better than I could imagine. DO I think so at the time, honestly, no, I cry and pout and lose my head, but if I get back to doing what God says in the Word, then it works out.
