Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers, this should not be.

Who will save me from the turmoil within me ? Can one admit that they do this ? Is there rest from it?

 

Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Is righteousness ever changing? What does it mean to persecute? Saul when he looked out for Christians to get rid of, people making fun of Christianity, what else?

 

"Comfort, comfort my people," says your God.

Isaiah 40:1 

 What is comfort? What if the person doesn't want to be comforted ?
