Live
Leviticus 19:18
“‘Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against anyone among your people, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD.
Psalm 91:1
Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
Mark 8:36
What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul?
-----------------------
What good is life if it is meant only for me? If only I look to what I feel good with ? Even the religious places we search for, who will be honest enough to say that mostly it is about how good it feels for me? "I don't like that church, they don't seem to nice." "this place meets my needs."
Sorry, Dan, I thought it was that God met all our needs and we lived a life of service to others. Wow. Guess I was off. Who knows, maybe it is needed for your cheerfulness to teach about such? Guess I must no the reading right cause I don't remember it being said to seek first yourself........
Live as if each person has given you all they had and maybe you will find that you have more to give, forgive as if you are the worst of the worse (hm, Paul anyone) and maybe you will find the way of humility, look only to the heavens and maybe you will find that there are some mansions still available. No man is greater then another, each has a role, the seed is nothing without the water, nor either are worth anything without the Maker of seed and water.........
